Shipping Policy

At MyAlankar, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely while keeping you informed at every step. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your orders.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If there is a delay due to high demand, inventory issues, or other factors, we will notify you by email or phone.


2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping: Delivery within 7–15 business days depending on customs clearance and destination.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed, as stated in our Terms of Service. External factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing may extend delivery times.

4. Risk of Loss & Title

  • Once we hand over your order to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

  • We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier, customs, or events beyond our control (see Terms of Service, Section 5).


5. Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.


6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, you must follow our Return & Replacement Policy.

  • Mandatory unboxing video proof is required for all claims. Without this, we cannot process replacements or refunds.


8. Cancellations Before Shipment

  • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the respective return policy will apply.
